Salary: £13.34 per hour
– Act as the first point of contact for residents and colleagues on the phone & email on all aspects of resales & service charge account queries
– To support other property sales related work in relation to leasehold properties, communicating with leaseholders valuers and solicitors
– General administration duties, including managing email inboxes
– Assist with the calculations of service charge actuals, keeping to deadlines and assisting with the printing and enveloping of invoices.
– Respond to correspondence, telephone calls, emails and complaints in accordance with SHP service standards and timescales
Candidates should be able to manage their own workload and have good attention to detail.
