Receptionist/Office Assistant, leading Executive Search firm
Our client is a leading Executive Search firm looking for an enthusiastic, highly motivated, and professional Receptionist to join their dynamic team based in fantastic open plan offices in the West End. The Receptionist position plays an integral role within the team, acting as a first point of contact for anyone arriving at the office, therefore we are looking for a candidate who is extremely personable, warm and engaging. Typical Receptionist duties will include meeting and greeting visitors, answering calls, general office upkeep, and coordinating meeting rooms. Joining a tight-knit admin team, the Receptionist will also have the opportunity to take on responsibilities in other areas, including event support, administrative duties, and supporting with new joiners. This Receptionist role provides a proactive, forward-thinking, and highly organised candidate to become a real go-to person in the office, so we are looking for a real team player, someone who is willing to go above and beyond.
Office hours are Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 5.30pm (some flex may be needed).
