  • Apply Korn Ferry methodologies and principles to support capability development, competency assessment, and career growth across sales and the wider organization.
  • Partner with Sales Leadership, HR, Marketing, and subject-matter experts to identify capability gaps and develop targeted learning solutions.
  • Provide individual and group coaching focused on selling skills, product knowledge, customer conversations, and performance improvement, with opportunity to extend coaching beyond sales as L&D responsibilities grow.
  • Coordinate sales meetings, kick-offs, workshops, and other enablement or learning events, including agendas, logistics, speakers, materials, and follow-up.
  • Create and maintain practical enablement and learning content, playbooks, learning materials, and communication plans for sales and other teams.
  • Measure training effectiveness through participant feedback, knowledge assessments, adoption metrics, and business-performance indicators.
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning, accountability, collaboration, and growth across the sales organization and the company more broadly.
  • Help shape and grow the organization’s overall learning and development strategy, positioning sales enablement as one pillar within a broader L&D function.

COMPETENCIES

  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to develop talent, build engagement, and drive accountability.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and influencing capabilities.
  • Strong execution mindset, with the ability to translate strategy into action and deliver results through others.
  • Effective prioritization, planning, and decision-making skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives and build alignment across diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Strategic thinker with sound business judgment and a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Adaptable, resilient, and comfortable navigating ambiguity and organizational change.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • 10+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales training, learning and development, commercial excellence, or related capability-building disciplines.

  • Demonstrated success coaching and developing sales professionals, leaders, and/or broader employee populations.
  • Working knowledge of Korn Ferry methodologies, competencies, assessment tools, or comparable talent-development frameworks.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex, multi-stakeholder programs from concept through implementation, leading teams, external partners, and/or matrixed project resources.
  • Experience partnering with senior business leaders to shape capability, talent, and organizational development priorities.
  • Familiarity with learning management systems, sales enablement technologies, and CRM platforms.
