I'm working with a leading Top 10 accountancy and advisory firm that's looking for a Private Client Tax Senior to join its growing London team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong foundation in Personal Tax who wants to develop their technical expertise, take on greater client responsibility and gain exposure to more complex advisory work.

You'll work with an interesting portfolio of high-net-worth individuals, entrepreneurs, business owners and families, supported by experienced Managers and Partners who are invested in your development.

Whether you're an established Private Client Tax Senior or looking to step up from a Semi Senior position, this could be an excellent next move.

The Opportunity

You'll join an established Private Client Tax team, working across a varied portfolio of individuals and families with increasingly complex tax affairs.

The role offers a good balance of compliance, client interaction and opportunities to develop your advisory skills.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and reviewing personal tax returns and computations for a varied portfolio of private clients.
• Working with HNW individuals, entrepreneurs, business owners and families.
• Acting as a key point of contact for clients, responding to queries and building long-term relationships.
• Supporting Managers and Partners on Personal Tax advisory and planning projects.
• Identifying potential tax planning opportunities and flagging technical issues.
• Managing deadlines and ensuring client work is completed accurately and efficiently.
• Supporting and mentoring more junior members of the team.

As you develop, you'll have the opportunity to take on more complex client matters and greater responsibility within the team.

About You

We're interested in speaking to Private Client Tax Seniors and experienced Semi Seniors who are ready to take the next step.

Ideally, you'll have:

• Experience in UK Private Client or Personal Tax within accountancy practice.
• A strong understanding of personal tax compliance and Self Assessment.
• Experience dealing directly with clients and managing competing deadlines.
• An interest in developing your technical knowledge and advisory skills.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach.
• CTA qualification or be working towards it, although this isn't essential.

You don't need to have extensive advisory experience already. What's important is a good technical foundation, enthusiasm for learning and the confidence to take on greater responsibility.
