Early Years Practitioner
Link3 is currently recruiting a permanent, full-time Level 2 and Level 3 qualified Early Years Practitioner for a nursery group branch based in SE13 London.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated and qualified educator who is passionate about helping children thrive through play-based learning in a well-supported and professional setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality care and learning experiences aligned with the E arly Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
- Support the emotional, physical, and educational development of children aged 0 5
- Plan, prepare, and lead fun and stimulating age-appropriate activities
- Observe and assess each child s progress and maintain accurate developmental records
- Build positive and respectful relationships with children, families, and team members
- Ensure the safety and welfare of children by following safeguarding and health & safety policies
Candidate Requirements
- Level 2 and higher qualification in Early Years / Childcare (essential)
- Experience in a nursery or early years setting (preferred but not essential)
- Sound understanding of the EYFS and child development
- Excellent teamwork, communication, and organisational skills
- A warm, caring, and proactive approach to working with young children
