So, we’re looking for a Brand Manager to join our Brand team - leading on product marketing projects (inc. meal and website/ app product launches), supporting on Brand campaigns & activations, and bringing bold ideas that will help take Frive to the next level!

Impact
We’re looking for an ambitious, organised and commercially minded Brand Manager to support the day-to-day planning and execution of Frive’s brand strategy. You’ll lead on product marketing across Frive’s digital ecosystem (app, website, packaging), be the brand’s go-to for new & existing product launches, and support the rollout of brand campaigns across all owned channels.
You’ll also manage brand partnerships, help shape our merchandise and creator strategies, and play a key role in campaign reporting and optimisation. This is a cross-functional role that blends creative execution with commercial impact – ideal for someone who thrives on ownership, collaboration and results.
Responsibilities:
Product Marketing & Launches
- Lead on Digital Product Marketing: own and execute comms campaigns for website, app, and product updates.
- Be the Brand point of contact for new and existing meal launches – from naming and messaging to rollout and in-life support.
- Own and maintain Frive’s brand presence across digital platforms, ensuring consistency and clarity across touchpoints.
Campaign Delivery & Partnerships
- Plan and execute campaign rollouts across Frive’s owned channels, including website, CRM, packaging, social and app.
- Manage and grow Brand partnerships to support amplification, co-branded initiatives and cultural relevance.
- Lead the creation and distribution of Frive-branded merchandise.
Creator & Influencer Marketing
- Work with in-house teams and agencies to source, brief and manage creators for both organic and paid activity.
- Support the ongoing development of Frive’s influencer, ambassador and affiliate strategies.
PR & 360 Campaign Support
- Support the execution of Digital PR in partnership with Frive’s PR agency.
- Contribute to integrated 360 campaign planning across channels, supporting as needed.
Analysis & Reporting
- Lead on campaign reporting – tracking performance across key channels and summarising actionable insights.
- Work with the wider Brand and Growth teams to apply learnings and optimise future brand initiatives.
