Deputy CoSec / Senior Assistant CoSec
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Deputy Company Secretary / Senior Assistant Company Secretary to join a leading financial services organisation with a strong international presence. The successful candidate will support the Group Company Secretary in delivering high-quality governance and company secretarial services across multiple jurisdictions. Responsibilities will include overseeing statutory compliance, supporting Boards and Committees, maintaining governance frameworks and advising senior stakeholders on corporate governance matters. CGI qualified or equivalent with significant company secretarial experience, ideally within financial or professional services, you will have excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced company secretarial professional to take on a senior role with exposure to strategic projects, corporate transactions and senior leadership.
