We are recruiting for this amazing health and fitness job in Central London . We are looking for an outstanding manager.

This is a very hands-on management role within the fitness industry and encompasses many areas that can be covered in more detail when you connect with one of our fitness recruitment team.

The Role...

• Proactive Approach – Take initiative to improve club operations and member satisfaction
• Sales & Retention – Drive membership growth and retention efforts including a presale phase, focusing on community building and corporate memberships in the local area
• Community Events – Organize local events to engage members and attract new clients.
• Local Business Outreach – Build partnerships with local businesses.
• Corporate Wellness Programme delivery - Build database of corporates offering corporate wellness programmes with PTs and group membership packages.

The Person...

Ideally coming from a background from a premium fitness setting with a strong focus on service and member experience. You’ll bring proven expertise in both sales and operations , with a particular strength in corporate sales and local business engagement.

We're also looking for someone who excels at building community , is confident engaging with people on the ground , and has experience leading and motivating a team in a fast-paced environment.
