Project Manager Construction

Are you currently working as a Project Manager, with experience of and a proven track record delivering large scale construction projects?

Are you commutable to London, with a good understand and experience within Civils, Groundworks, RC Frames or Hard landscaping.

We are currently working with a well established growing construction business, they currently work with some of the UK s leading developers on large scale construction projects, recent examples include Battersea, Chelsea Creek.

They have a large amount of ongoing work and a huge pipeline of work going into 2026, as a result they are looking to recruit a Senior Project Manager to join their team.

Reporting directly into the Senior Leadership team, you will take overall responsibility for the delivery of projects in and around central London, overseeing large site teams in a client facing position.

Project Manager Role Responsibilities:

• Oversee large scale site teams on major construction developments in the London region.
• Reporting into a contracts director, you will take full responsibility of projects including labour management, health and safety enforcement. This is a client facing position and requires someone who is comfortable leading projects.
• A strong understanding of Civils/Groundworks, they are open to background but ideally RC Frame, Hard Landscaping, civils as an example.
• Work to strict deadlines, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Act as the point of contact with the main contractor on the project.

Project Manager Role Requirements:

• You will currently be working as a Project Manager, with experience working on large scale developments in and around London.
• Experience of Ground works, Civils, Hard Landscaping or RC Frame.
• Comfortable managing large teams of site managers and operatives, enforcing a zero incident safety culture.
• This position does require full time site attendance so you must be commutable to London on a daily basis.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Happy to represent the company in a client facing position.
