EMEA Payroll Specialist - Tech Firm – Central London - Immediate Start
Your new company
Hays are working with a global organisation to recruit an experienced Payroll Specialist to support EMEA payroll operations.
You will manage end‑to‑end payroll processes across multiple EMEA countries in partnership with an outsourced provider. Responsibilities include monthly processing, statutory reporting, handling payroll queries, supporting audits, and maintaining accurate employee data. You will also play a part in a major payroll transformation project. What you'll need to succeed
- Experience in an EMEA payroll environment
- Experience with Italian Payroll and language skills a bonus
- Strong payroll process and compliance knowledge
- Excellent stakeholder and communication skills
- High attention to detail and strong MS Office skills
- Experience working with outsourced providers
