Key Responsibilities

• Teach Business Studies across KS3, KS4, and KS5.
• Plan and deliver engaging, high-quality lessons in Business Studies that inspire ambition and curiosity.
• Contribute to wider school life through enterprise activities, clubs, or initiatives.
• Monitor and assess student progress in Business Studies, providing constructive feedback and interventions.
• Build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.

Person Specification

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
• Specialism in Business Studies (or closely related subject).
• Proven experience teaching Business Studies in UK secondary schools (preferred).
• Strong classroom management and excellent communication skills.
• Reflective, proactive, and collaborative approach to teaching and learning.
