We’re Hiring: Field Sales Manager

London | £70–80k base + £40k commission (£120k OTE)

This is a rare chance to join EatClub’s founding UK team and lead from the front. We’re looking for a high-performance Field Sales Manager to build, coach, and scale a team of 10 BDMs as we expand across London and beyond.

We help restaurants unlock incremental, profitable revenue through dynamic pricing and AI-driven promotions. Having transformed the hospitality landscape in Australia, we’re now launching in the UK with London as our hub – and we’re looking for leaders who thrive on pace, energy, and execution.

About the Role

As Field Sales Manager, you’ll:

  • Lead, coach, and grow a team of 10 BDMs.
  • Drive 150+ new SMB deals per month.
  • Build a high-performance, field-first sales culture.
  • Partner with UK leadership to shape our sales playbook and strategy.
  • This is a hands-on role where you’ll be in the field with your team, setting the pace and leading from the front.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Sales Leadership

  • Manage daily activity targets, weekly goals, and pipeline performance.
  • Run structured 1:1s, stand-ups, and reviews to maintain rhythm and accountability.
  • Foster a high-output, high-ownership team culture.
  • Sales Execution and Coaching
  • Join your team in drop-ins, outbound outreach, and live demos.
  • Review sales calls via Gong and coach in real time.
  • Track performance metrics in HubSpot, spot gaps, and improve conversion.
  • Develop playbooks, objection-handling guides, and enablement tools.
  • Strategy and Market Development
  • Work cross-functionally with Marketing, SDRs, and RevOps to fuel pipeline quality
  • Provide market insights to shape UK expansion strategy.
  • Help define territories, targeting, and pitch approaches
  • Support hiring and onboarding as we scale.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2–3+ years of first-line sales management experience in SMB sales.
  • Track record managing 5–10+ reps and driving KPI-driven performance.
  • Hands-on leader who still loves the field – drop-ins, demos, and cold calls.
  • Strong knowledge of short-cycle sales (<1 month) and high-volume deal flow.
  • Experience with HubSpot (CRM) and Gong (coaching).
  • Passion for hospitality and helping independent restaurants thrive
