About the Role
As a Mobile Mechanic in our Service, Maintenance, and Repair division, you will bring your expert vehicle maintenance and diagnostic skills directly to our customers, wherever they are. From driveways to office car parks, you’ll deliver first-class service without the constraints of a traditional garage.
We’ll equip you for success from day one with your own van, fuel card, full uniform, essential tools, and diagnostic kit all provided. Think independence, career progression, and a real work-life balance with a 40-hour week that keeps you moving!
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert vehicle maintenance and diagnostics on-site.
- Engage with customers, offering advice and representing the organization with pride.
- Manage stock, reporting, and customer interactions effectively.
- Adapt to various tasks including servicing, diagnostics, repairs, and checks.
What We Offer
- Competitive Salary: Base salary of £38,625, with on-target earnings of up to £55,000.
- Guaranteed Overtime: Option to increase your base salary to £44,385, plus additional overtime and bonuses.
- Flexible Working Hours: 40 hours per week, with core hours from 8:30 am to 5 pm, and 1 in 4 Saturdays.
- Time Off: 23 days of holiday (rising to 25 with service) plus bank holidays.

Requirements
- Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent).
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience as a vehicle technician with a range of light vehicles.
- A full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 points.
