Are you ready to step into a role where your leadership directly shapes the lives of children and young people? As Children’s Home Responsible Individual, you will work closely with senior leaders and Registered Managers to ensure exceptional standards of care, compliance and culture across a high‑performing residential setting. You will be trusted to provide clear oversight, professional challenge and inspirational leadership at a pivotal time, with an immediate start available for the right person.

Your Role as Children’s Home Responsible Individual:
• Strategic oversight and governance, ensuring homes meet and exceed regulatory and safeguarding standards
• Leadership and support to Registered Managers, driving quality, consistency and inspection readiness
• Accountability for compliance, quality assurance and continuous improvement
• Championing a child‑centred culture where young people can thrive emotionally, socially and developmentally
• Acting as a visible, credible leader who brings challenge, support and direction
Your previous experience as Children’s Home Responsible Individual:
• Recent experience as a Responsible Individual or Registered Manager within a children’s residential setting
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
• Level 4 Diploma for Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
• Strong working knowledge of regulation, safeguarding and Ofsted expectations
• Full UK Driving Licence and confidence working across multiple services
