At M&S, our trusted Digital & Technology partnerships help us deliver for customers and colleagues. As an IT VMO Analyst, you'll support the effective management of our technology suppliers, keeping vendor information accurate, complete and aligned with business needs.

You'll work with Partner Management, Procurement, internal teams and suppliers to support onboarding, renewals, risk management, benchmarking and tiering. Your work will strengthen supplier governance and help teams make informed decisions.

What you'll do

• Maintain and govern supplier records in Ivalua, improving the accuracy, completeness and quality of vendor data.
• Support supplier governance by coordinating service credit validation, risk management, audits and key reporting.
• Coordinate supplier onboarding, transition and replacement activity, and monitor contract renewals, sourcing activity and key milestones.
• Manage supplier documentation, including contracts, statements of work and supporting artefacts.
• Deliver supplier benchmarking and tiering activities, partnering with Partner Management, Procurement and suppliers to support informed decisions.

Who you are

• You bring strong organisation skills and can manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Comfortable analysing large datasets, with a close eye for detail and a focus on data quality and governance.
• Able to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical audiences and build effective working relationships.
• Proficient in Excel; experience with Power BI, data visualisation or AI-enabled tools would be useful but is not essential.
• Curious, proactive and adaptable, with a continuous improvement mindset and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
