About the role

• In this role, you'll manage the full 360° recruitment process - from identifying new business opportunities and acquiring clients, to placing top-tier candidates in roles that align with their career goals.
• You'll build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with both clients and candidates, acting as a trusted advisor and go-to recruitment partner.
• Leveraging a variety of sourcing channels - including job boards, social media, and professional networks - you'll identify and engage high-calibre talent across your market.
• You'll collaborate closely with a high-performing, supportive team to share insights, celebrate wins, and continuously refine recruitment strategies to deliver outstanding results.

Your skills and experience

• You bring proven experience in 360 recruitment, or a strong background in sales, with the ability to transfer these skills to a high-performance, target-driven environment.
• You excel in communication and relationship-building, confidently engaging with stakeholders at all levels to create lasting professional connections.
• You demonstrate resilience, tenacity, and a competitive edge - consistently pushing through challenges to achieve success.
