Influencer Assistant
Job Description
As the Influencer Assistant, you actively support in all day-to-day regional influencer activities to drive brand awareness, traffic, customer acquisition, and loyalty, in line with the Global and Regional objectives. This role will report into Senior PR & Marketing Specialist and is offered on a full-time permanent contract.
What you will do:
- Liaise with PR agencies to discuss relevant information and updates on all influencer projects, and co-ordinate current season dressing opportunities and samples
- Co-ordinate the allocation/distribution of influencer product samples directly to talent/PR agencies, while also aligning with different internal teams to source samples
- Organising and supporting with face to face influencer appointments
- Support in events, including the co-ordination, logistical planning and organising of events
- Tracking influencer performance for projects and published posts
- Support in the day-to-day planning and tracking documents also reporting on activities
- Monitor results against KPIs and produce weekly, monthly and quarterly reports for relevant projects, highlighting successes, results, coverage, learnings and opportunities
- Keep up to date with the European influencer landscape and competitor fashion events and projects
- Research brand aligned influencers across EU markets, and identify opportunities on how to work with them for different projects

What you need to succeed
- Previous PR experience preferably in influencer marketing
- Excellent communication skills both in verbal and written
- Confident to collaborate with influencers and take appointment
- Ability to priortise and manage own time effectively
- Details oriented, proven organizational, and multi- tasking abilities
- Self motivated and ability to take own initiative
- Ability to collaborate and build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholers
- Preferred experience worked with Lefty
- Advanced level in Microsoft Office
Additional Information
This is a full time permanent contracted of 39 hours a week based at our Regional Office in London.

In this role you will be able to take advantage of a hybrid working arrangement. You will have the flexibility to work both remotely and, from the office. While remote working is an integral part of our part of our offer, approx. 3 days per week office presence will be required to foster strong collaborations and team work.
