Junior Sous Chef - Excel, London | Full-Time / Permanent

We are a passionate, diverse team of venue specialists dedicated to making the planet better for future generations. Junior Sous Chef - the role- Improving in food preparation and presentation
- Maintaining high food quality standards through tastings and refining techniques
- Managing the stock take process
- Assisting in project management for upcoming events
- Assisting with the preparation of labour planners and staff rotas
- Providing ongoing support to the Head Chef in managing day-to-day operations, including food cost control, labour cost management, and reducing waste
- Proven experience as a Chef De Partie/Junior Sous Chef equivalent role with a strong culinary background
- Demonstrated skill in preparing a diverse range of high-quality dishes.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- In-depth knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations
- A creative approach to menu planning and presentation
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekend
- Genuine interest and enthusiasm for working in the events industry
