Office Manager & People Coordinator
Location: London - Hybrid - 3 days in the office
Reporting to: People and Talent Manager
Role type: Permanent / Full-time
You'll own the systems and workflows that keep a global, hybrid team moving: our People tech stack, the employee lifecycle end to end, and the data behind it. You'll also be the heartbeat of our London HQ, making it a space people genuinely want to be in, and the driving force behind the events and moments that bring our culture to life across time zones.
Your responsibilities:
Office & Workplace (~35%)
Be the heartbeat of the office - ensure our London HQ runs like clockwork, staying welcoming, functional and a space the pack loves to work in
Coordinate suppliers and services - manage relationships with office vendors, landlords and service providers
Own workplace compliance - stay current on Health & Safety regulations and building requirements
Manage office budget, supplies and the day-to-day logistics that keep the space running
People Operations (~40%)
Own and optimise the employee lifecycle — onboarding, contract changes, offboarding - and the workflows behind each
Look after our People tech stack (HRIS and ATS), keeping systems connected, data accurate and automation doing the heavy lifting
Act as first-line response on People queries, escalating where appropriate
Support talent coordination - posting roles via our ATS, coordinating interviews and keeping candidates moving
Own compliance-adjacent admin - right to work, references, policy acknowledgements
Culture, Events & Travel (~25%)
Lead engagement and culture - global initiatives, London socials and recurring moments that build connection across a hybrid team
Organise company socials, seasonal celebrations (including our Christmas party), team off-sites and all-hands gatherings
Own our internal travel policy and booking system, supporting global travel across the pac
✅ What you bring:
Previous experience across office management and people coordination - ideally in a fast-paced start-up or scale-up
Strong organisational and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail
Comfortable owning supplier relationships and workplace logistics independently
A people-first approach and genuine passion for creating a positive workplace culture
A self-starter mindset — you take ownership and make things happen
Perks of the Pack:
Time to recharge - 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays) to reset, relax and adventure
Health & dental cash plan - Everyday health and dental bills covered, because looking after our people comes first
Core hours / Hybrid working - Our set office days are Monday, Wednesday and Friday, with core hours of 10am-4pm.
