STORE MANAGER - MENSWEAR TAILORING
London city Salary up to £40,000 + Bonus Full-Time, 40 Hours - Permanent About the Brand: A distinguished British heritage brand, renowned for its exceptional craftsmanship, timeless style, and dedication to quality. Established in the early 20th century, this company has become a leader in premium menswear and womenswear, specialising in expertly tailored shirts, formalwear, and refined accessories. The Role: We are seeking a commercially driven, customer-focused Store Manager to deliver operational excellence and drive performance at our London location Key Responsibilities: Run of the store, ensuring KPIs and sales targets are achieved Deliver exceptional customer service, leading by example and fostering a client-focused culture Assist in training, coaching, and motivating the team to ensure high levels of performance and engagement Maintain visual merchandising standards in line with brand guidelines Manage stock levels, deliveries, and inventory processes Handle customer feedback and resolve any issues promptly and professionally Ensure all health, safety, and operational procedures are followed consistently Profile & Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in an assistant management or Store manager role within premium/luxury retail, ideally menswear Proven track record of driving sales and supporting commercial success Strong leadership and people management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Highly organised with strong attention to detail Confident using Microsoft Office and retail POS systems A genuine passion for fashion and tailoring Benefits: Competitive salary with a performance-based bonus Generous staff discount Career development and progression opportunities Ongoing training and brand immersion Dynamic and supportive working environment About 360 Talent: 360 Talent is a high-end retail recruitment firm, connecting top-tier candidates with leading fashion, beauty, and lifestyle brands worldwide.
