Project Finance Solicitor – Tier 1 Law firm

Day Rate: Competitive (PAYE/Umbrella)
PQE: 5+ Years
Our client, a prestigious, Tier 1 ranked national law firm is seeking a highly skilled Project Finance Solicitor to join its market-leading team on an initial 2-3 month temporary basis. This is a rare opportunity to work alongside some of the most respected practitioners in the field, supporting high-value, cross-border transactions in the energy and infrastructure sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advising on complex project finance transactions, including structuring, negotiation, and documentation.
- Acting for sponsors, lenders, and government entities on major infrastructure and energy projects.
- Supporting the team on a range of mandates across renewables, transport, and utilities.
Candidate Profile:
- Qualified solicitor with 5+ years’ post-qualification experience in project finance.
- Strong background in energy and infrastructure transactions is highly desirable.
- Experience gained at a leading law firm or in-house legal team.
- Commercially astute, with excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
- Able to hit the ground running in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
