Associate Director, Imaging Operations Lead
- Bachelor's Degree within the medical or life sciences space, or equivalent qualification.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in clinical research within a contract research organization or pharmaceutical/biotechnology environment.
- Demonstrated expertise in clinical trial imaging operations, including study planning, vendor oversight, and execution across multiple therapeutic areas.
- Thorough knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Experience managing external imaging service providers, including governance, quality metrics, and corrective action plans.
- Project management certification such as CPM or PMP.
- Experience in oncology and immuno-oncology clinical trials.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and drive quality and process improvements across a global portfolio.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across scientific, operational, and leadership levels.
- Familiarity with AI tools and their practical applications in clinical operations, including ethical considerations such as bias, fairness, and data governance.
- Ability to balance competing priorities and make risk-based decisions in a dynamic environment.
