\n This Accounts Associate position is ideal for someone with 2-3 years of experience in practice who is ready to take the next step. You'll be involved in preparing year-end accounts, supporting tax compliance, and assisting with client queries. The role offers exposure to a broad client base, including SMEs and owner-managed businesses, with a particular preference for candidates who have worked with agricultural clients. You'll have the opportunity to build strong relationships and continue developing your technical skills in a varied and engaging role. What you'll need to succeed
\n You'll have 2-3 years of experience in an accountancy practice and be working towards a professional qualification (ACCA, CA, or equivalent). Experience with agricultural clients would be advantageous. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach are key.
