Insurance Practice Lead
- Act as the Insurance Practice Lead and subject matter expert for the Lloyd's and London Market insurance sector, with a particular focus on Property & Casualty insurance.
- Build trusted relationships with clients, understanding their business objectives, operational challenges and transformation priorities.
- Lead the design and development of customer-focused solutions that address client needs and deliver measurable business value.
- Own and lead strategic transformation and digitalisation initiatives, providing guidance from initial assessment through to implementation and delivery
- Act as the bridge between business and technology teams, ensuring solutions are practical, scalable and aligned to client objectives.
- Lead RFP responses, proposal development, client presentations and solution defence sessions, creating compelling value propositions that support business growth.
- Partner with sales and account teams to identify opportunities, shape solutions and support new business pursuits.
- Collaborate with process, technology, digital, data and analytics teams to deliver integrated transformation solutions.
- Provide thought leadership on emerging market trends, regulatory developments and the future direction of the London Market insurance sector
- Champion innovation by leveraging digital technologies, automation, analytics and AI to enhance client outcomes and operational performance.
