Job description
- This is a 12 month Fixed Term Contract role

We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Senior Specialist to join our Executive Hiring Team on a 12-month fixed-term maternity cover contract. In this role, you’ll play a pivotal part in sourcing and recruiting exceptional individuals for roles ranging from Managing Consultant (Director) through to Partner across our diverse and growing business.
About the Role
This is a high-profile opportunity where you’ll collaborate closely with senior stakeholders to deliver strategic hiring outcomes. Your responsibilities will include:
- Designing and executing innovative sourcing strategies to attract executive-level candidates.
- Building and managing pipelines of high-calibre executive talent across multiple disciplines.
- Qualifying and assessing candidates against both role requirements and PA’s unique culture.
- Managing the end-to-end candidate experience with professionalism and care.
- Providing market intelligence and insights to inform hiring decisions.
- Championing inclusive hiring practices and delivering a best-in-class candidate journey.
You’ll have access to a suite of tools including LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and specialist platforms, and you’ll work collaboratively with colleagues across Talent Acquisition, HR, and the wider business.
Qualifications
About You
We’re looking for someone who brings:
- Proven experience in executive recruitment, ideally within professional services or a similarly complex environment.
- Strong sourcing expertise and familiarity with executive search techniques.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, particularly at executive levels.
- A data-driven mindset with the ability to use metrics to inform and improve performance.
- High levels of personal resilience, initiative, and a collaborative spirit.
