About the role

In this pivotal role, you’ll manage our website, SEO, CRM, and marketing automation tools, helping to shape and deliver digital strategies that align with our commercial goals. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external agencies to ensure our digital presence is effective, engaging, and continuously improving.

You’ll also play a key role in integrating Salesforce into our marketing and developing lead scoring and nurture programmes to support conversion.

What you’ll be doing

  • Manage the website’s content, UX/UI, and technical performance.
  • Support the integration and use of Salesforce for lead tracking and scoring.
  • Deliver SEO and paid search strategies to attract and convert high-intent leads.
  • Develop CRM and email marketing programmes to nurture prospects.
  • Contribute to social media strategy and community engagement.
  • Use analytics and A/B testing to improve campaign performance and user journeys.

  • Strong understanding of website management, UX/UI, and content strategy.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and marketing automation platforms.
  • Experience with SEO, paid media, and digital advertising.
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A marketing qualification (e.g. CIM or related degree) is a plus.
