WHAT’S THE MISSION FOR THIS ROLE?
Working within our Brand & Commercial functions, the GTM Lead plays a pivotal role in delivering seamless, consumer-centric seasonal execution. Your mission is to ensure that brand strategy, product stories, and commercial priorities land clearly and consistently across all markets and channels. You will be the glue that connects cross-functional teams, ensuring everyone is equipped, aligned, and inspired to deliver a powerful go-to-market each season.
WHAT DOES THIS ROLE DO?
As our GTM Lead , you will be responsible for:
Driving the delivery of traditional seasonal launches working cross functionally with key functions such as Brand Marketing, Global Product and Market Merchandising
Delivering special projects that sit outside of a more traditional seasonal calendar such as innovation & collaborations.
Developing and managing the full go-to-market process, tools, and timelines for seasonal launches
Translating brand and product strategy into clear, compelling GTM frameworks for global and regional teams
Owning seasonal GTM calendars, ensuring aligned milestones across Product, Brand, Sales, Retail, and Digital
Leading GTM readiness meetings, ensuring teams have the assets, information, and clarity needed for flawless execution
Creating and delivering seasonal toolkits, sell-in materials, and cross-functional playbooks
Driving alignment on key stories, assortments, and priorities to enable globally consistent execution
Partnering with Sales and Commercial teams to deliver best-in-class sell-in presentations and experiences
Reviewing and refining GTM processes, identifying ways to improve efficiency, clarity, and cross-team collaboration
Ensuring that seasonal launches are insight-led, consumer informed, and aligned to overall brand direction
WHAT DO I BRING TO THE ROLE?
You just might be our next superstar if you have the following skills and experience:
Experience in go-to-market, brand management, merchandising, or commercial strategy within consumer, sporting goods, lifestyle, or retail brands
Strong understanding of seasonal planning, brand storytelling, and commercial execution
Exceptional organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple timelines and stakeholders
Ability to bring clarity, structure, and simplicity to complex cross-functional processes
A confident communicator able to influence and align diverse teams
Insight-driven mindset with the ability to translate data and market input into clear actions
A collaborative and proactive approach, with a passion for delivering high-quality work
Strong presentation skills and experience developing sell-in or brand-facing materials
