Experience and Qualifications

• QTS and a degree in English (Post-graduate qualification desirable)
• Proven experience at Second in Department or existing Head of Faculty level
• Demonstrable track record of achieving top grades at A-Level English
• Capacity for inspiring leadership and effective staff line management
