Desktop Support Technician
Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues across Windows and MacOS.
Manage onboarding, workstation setup, and user training.
Handle asset management, upgrades, and patching.
Support meeting rooms, events, and small IT projects end‑to‑end.What We're Looking For 1+ year of tech support/help desk experience.
Knowledge of Windows or MacOS operating systems.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Customer‑focused mindset with ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
Familiarity with ServiceNow, Active Directory, Office 365, Google Suite, Slack, Zoom, and VPN basics.Why Apply?
