Job Title: Teaching Assistant - Primary School (North London) Start Date: ASAP | Full-Time | Long-Term

The Role:

• Provide classroom-based support to pupils and the class teacher

• Support learning activities across a range of subjects

• Work one-to-one or with small groups to boost progress

• Help to manage classroom behaviour positively and effectively

• Assist with preparation of resources and classroom displays

• Monitor and record pupil progress

• Encourage pupil engagement and build positive relationships

• Support with the emotional and social development of pupils

The Ideal Teaching Assistant Will Have:

• Experience working as a Teaching Assistant or in a school-based setting

• A positive and proactive attitude

• Confidence supporting children with varying needs

• Strong communication and organisational skills

• The ability to work well as part of a team

• A genuine interest in education and supporting young learners
