Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 + Car Allowance + Commission on new business and existing account sales

We’re working with a well-established and rapidly growing signage specialist seeking a talented BDM to join their expanding team. With recent projects worth over £3 million and a strong pipeline of both inbound enquiries and key client relationships, this is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys a mix of account management and new business development.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Managing and growing a portfolio of key accounts across retail, transport, and commercial sectors

• Proactively identifying and securing new business opportunities

• Collaborating with internal teams across fabrication, design, and installation

• Leading on complex, bespoke signage projects from concept to delivery

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in business development within the signage industry – particularly architectural or bespoke signage

• Strong commercial acumen and confidence managing large project values

• Technically capable, especially with complex builds (e.g. airports, totem structures, roadside digital)

• Ability to work independently and take ownership of your sales pipeline

• A proactive, self-starting attitude with attention to detail
