Be the Heart of Our Weekend Campus Experience

Are you ready to lead, inspire, and create a vibrant student experience at one of London’s most dynamic creative colleges?

At LCCA, part of the Global University Systems (GUS) network, we’re seeking a driven and experienced Campus Manager to lead our weekend operations. This is a vital leadership role with real impact—ensuring our students and staff feel supported, safe, and empowered every single weekend.

Your Impact

As our Campus Manager, you'll:

  • Ensure smooth and safe campus operations Wednesday through Sunday.
  • Champion the student experience, placing their academic and well-being needs at the heart of all you do.
  • Lead and supervise campus teams, ensuring exceptional service delivery across admissions, student support, and facilities.
  • Coordinate with academic staff and senior stakeholders to keep things running like clockwork.
  • Oversee compliance with safeguarding, health & safety, and Prevent policies.
  • Build a campus culture that reflects our values of diversity, inclusion, and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day campus functions and staff during weekends.
  • Respond to incidents, urgent situations, and student needs with professionalism and care.
  • Support faculty and students by facilitating services including counselling, enrolment, and student activities.
  • Prepare and monitor operational budgets and workflows.
  • Coordinate first aid and emergency protocols during weekend hours.
  • Lead internal and external communications, including events and partnership meetings.
  • Participate in Senior Management Team (SMT) meetings and strategic planning.

What You’ll Bring

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Proven leadership experience in higher education or a similar service-focused environment.
  • Strong understanding of UK higher education regulations, student services, and safeguarding.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills—written, verbal, and digital.
  • Confidence to take initiative, solve problems independently, and lead by example.
  • A flexible, proactive attitude and the ability to work under pressure.

Why Join LCCA?

  • Be a key player in delivering exceptional weekend education at a creative, forward-thinking institution.
  • Work in a collaborative, supportive environment where your ideas and leadership matter.
  • Build your career within a global education group that champions innovation and student success.

Ready to Make Your Mark?

If you’re passionate about education, thrive in a people-first environment, and want to play a pivotal role in shaping our weekend campus culture—we want to hear from you.

Apply now to become LCCA’s next Campus Manager (Wednesday–Sunday) and help us shape a weekend experience worth showing up for.
