The Role: Care Supervisor
As a Care Supervisor, you’ll be a vital part of our leadership team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care while supporting our dedicated care staff. This dynamic role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact every day by combining your expert care knowledge with exceptional customer service and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities :
- Supervisory Excellence : Support, mentor, and oversee care staff, ensuring they provide exceptional care to our customers.
- Quality Assurance : Conduct customer reviews, care assessments, and spot checks to maintain our high standards of care.
- Customer Engagement : Be the first point of contact for customer queries, addressing concerns promptly and professionally.
- Team Support : Assist in staff training, rota management, and ensuring compliance with care standards.
- Documentation and Reporting : Maintain accurate electronic records using our care management software.
What We’re Looking For
To excel in this role, you’ll need to bring your expertise, passion, and people skills to the table. Here’s what we’re looking for:
- Experience : Minimum of 3 years in the care sector, preferably at a Senior Care Expert or Supervisory level.
- Skills : Strong customer service and computer skills are essential.
- Leadership : A proven ability to motivate, support, and manage a team.
- Flexibility : Must have a full driving license and access to a vehicle for work.
