Head of Content & Communications

We’re looking for an exceptional Head of Content & Communications to lead how 3S Money speaks internally and externally. This is a unique role for someone who is equal parts strategist, writer, and editor: someone who can craft compelling content across every touchpoint, while also leading a team, and raising the bar on quality.
Reporting to the Marketing Director, you’ll be responsible for our content and communications strategy across web, product, email, PR, internal comms, and brand campaigns. You’ll roll up your sleeves to write when it matters most, from landing pages to podcast scripts to internal memos. You’ll also shape our tone of voice, coach the team, and ensure everything we publish is human, clear, and impactful.

What you’ll be doing
- Own and lead the full content and communications strategy across all marketing and customer touch points
- Deliver standout copy including, but not limited to: website landing pages, onboarding flows, newsletters, internal communication, decks, ad copies and headlines, event invitations, press quotes, social posts, news, podcast scripts
- Manage and mentor a small but growing team of content and copy specialists
- Own and evolve our tone of voice across geographies, target customer segments, and media
- Partner with Brand, Growth, Sales, and Product teams to ensure every piece of content is aligned to our goals and values
- Optimise content for discoverability and performance applying SEO best practices where relevant, in collaboration with our Growth & Performance team
About you, you have
- 7-10+ years in content, editorial, or communication roles, preferably in Fintech or B2B SaaS
- A good working knowledge of SEO principles
- Deep understanding of brand tone, editorial consistency, and message hierarchy
- Excellent attention to detail, you catch typos others miss and know how much words matter
- A player-coach mindset: you love writing and editing, and you can lead others to do the same
- Comfortable working in ambiguity: asking the right questions and get to clarity quickly, and can distil complex topics into simple, on-brand messaging
