We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed Secondary PE Teacher to join a high-performing comprehensive school in South London from September on a permanent basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for a PE Teacher looking to work in a well-structured environment where behaviour is strong, PE is valued within the curriculum, and pupils are engaged in sport and physical wellbeing.

The Role

* Teaching Physical Education across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 desirable but not essential)
* Delivering engaging and inclusive lessons to mixed-ability classes
* Teaching a broad range of sports and physical activities
* Promoting healthy lifestyles, teamwork, and positive participation
* Maintaining high standards of behaviour and safeguarding
* Opportunity to contribute to extracurricular sport
* Full-time, permanent position starting in September
* Balanced timetable of practical and theoretical PE where appropriate

Requirements – PE Teacher

* Experience teaching secondary PE (KS3–KS4 essential)
* QTS preferred, though strong unqualified teachers will be considered
* Confident classroom and behaviour management skills
* Professional, reliable, and positive approach
* Commitment to inclusive practice and student wellbeing
* Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain)
* Right to work in the UK
* Relevant professional references
