Emtec Building Services is seeking an experienced Mechanical Estimator to own estimating from early design through tender submission within our pre-construction team. You'll work with pre-construction, commercial and delivery teams to produce accurate cost estimates and support bid activity across Glasgow, Edinburgh or Dundee.
You'll bring proven experience in M&E cost estimation, robust data libraries and strong tendering skills to help convert opportunities into live projects while upholding
