The Opportunity
A growing, people-focused accountancy practice in Richmond is recruiting an Audit & Accounts Senior who wants genuine variety, autonomy, and a clear progression path.

The Audit & Accounts Senior Role - A True Mixed Portfolio
60% Audit
- Lead audits from planning through to completion
- Work with SMEs, charities, and not-for-profit organisations
- Gain exposure across diverse sectors
30% Accounts
- Prepare statutory and management accounts under FRS 102 1A
- Work with limited companies and unincorporated entities
10% Corporation Tax
- Prepare CT computations
- Assist with ad-hoc tax queries
Plus Early Leadership Experience
- Mentor junior team members
- Work closely with managers and partners
- Develop your supervisory and client management skills
What You'll Need
- ACA or ACCA qualified
- Strong experience in external audit and accounts preparation (FRS 102 1A)
- Background in small or medium-sized practice
- Confident working independently and as part of a team
- Clear communication skills and a proactive approach
- UK right to work (no sponsorship available)
Experience with Caseware, Digita, Xero, Sage, or QuickBooks is helpful, but full training is provided.

What's On Offer
- Salary : £50,000 - £55,000 DOE
- Hybrid working : 3 days office, 2 days WFH (after probation)

Interview Process
- Written assessment (60 minutes - accounting & written communication)
