We’re hiring skilled, fast-working chefs to join our team for the 2025/26 football season . You’ll be placed at stadiums across Chelsea, Fulham and Greater London, preparing match day and hospitality food for thousands of fans. 

Whether you’re plating for VIP lounges or powering through prep in the back kitchen, you’ll be part of a team that delivers speed, consistency, and quality . 

🔪 What You’ll Be Doing 

Match day Prep & Service

Prepare and serve food at scale, from corporate hospitality to kiosk catering. 

Following the Brief

Stick to spec. Whether it’s plated fine dining or pies for the crowd, you’ll get it right, first time. 

Working as a Team

You’ll collaborate with other chefs, KP teams, and kitchen managers to deliver smooth, efficient service under pressure. 

Maintaining Standards

Your section stays spotless. You follow all food hygiene and safety procedures like a pro. 

Reacting Fast

You’ll adapt on the fly when plans shift, because they will. 

👨‍🍳 Who We’re Looking For 

• At least 1 year of experience in a commercial kitchen (stadium or events work a bonus).

• Able to work match days, weekends, and prep days across the season.

• Calm under pressure, you get your head down and crack on.

• Well-presented , punctual, and professional.

• Right to work in the UK and fluent English for team communication.

• A driver? Even better, some stadiums are tricky to reach by public transport.

💸 What You’ll Get 

• £18/£20 per hour (dependent on experience) , paid weekly

❓ Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need my own equipment or uniform?

We’ll let you know what’s needed ahead of your first shift. In most cases, basic chef whites and non-slip shoes are required. Some venues will provide uniform. 

When will I get paid?

We pay weekly , every Friday, once you’ve completed your two-week in-hand period. Full details are provided in your onboarding. 

Can I pick and choose which shifts I want to work? 

For stadium roles, we prefer reliable chefs who can commit to the season schedule, but flexibility exists around prep and non-match day shifts. 

Is travel reimbursed?

Not usually. However, we place chefs as close to their local area as possible, and travel options will be discussed before shifts. 

Do I need previous stadium experience? 

Not essential, but you’ll need to be comfortable with volume cooking and fast-paced service .
