Vehicle Technician
Hours: 8am - 5pm Monday - Friday with Saturday mornings on a rota system
Join our client as a Vehicle Technician at their busy dealership in Sidcup, Greater London. This is an excellent opportunity for skilled automotive professionals looking to develop their career within a prestigious dealer group. Benefits: Competitive basic salary up to £45,000 per annum, depending on experience
OTE earning potential of £60,000 or more per year
Overtime paid at enhanced rates
Monday to Friday working hours, from 8am to 5pm
Saturday mornings on a rota, 1 in 4, from 8am to 12.30pm

Working with a reputable dealer group known for quality and employee developmentDuties of a Vehicle Technician: Diagnose and repair a wide range vehicles to manufacturer standards
Carry out routine servicing and complex fault diagnostics
Complete repairs, component replacements, and vehicle inspections
Ensure service and repair work meets quality standards and targets
Advise customers on additional repair or maintenance needs
Use the latest diagnostic tools and maintain accurate workshop records
Perform vehicle road tests and complete health checks for customers
Stay updated with technical information and product updates through ongoing trainingRequirments of a Vehicle Technician: IMI Level 3 Motor Vehicle Technician qualification or equivalent
Proven experience working within a professional automotive service environment, ideally with BMW or MINI
Strong diagnostic and repair skills, capable of handling complex work
Knowledge of working in a busy main dealership desirable
Eligible to work in the UK with a clean driving license, minimum 1 year’s driving experience
