Project Manager - Contract (4-6 Months)

Position Overview
Over the coming months, Proximie will be ramping up the deployment of its state of the art intelligence suite globally. With each deployment, the ability to validate outcomes and iterate will shape product development and commercial readiness as the business scales. With this critical period underway, Proximie is seeking a highly capable Project Manager on a contract (4-6 months) to help drive execution across our Go-To-Market (GTM) customers in the UK and US. This role will be focused on ensuring successful commercial deployments, value realisation, and supporting our wider customer success efforts.
Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee all go to market activities across commercial sites to ensure consistency, speed, and impact.
- Manage project scheduling, stakeholder engagement, and cross-site alignment.
- Develop and maintain critical go to market documentation and materials.
- Track and report on stakeholder progress, risks, and dependencies.
- Optimize internal resourcing by managing capacity planning for key intelligence suite contributors.
- Enable senior commercial leaders to remain customer-facing by taking ownership of operational execution.
Requirements
- BA/BS degree.
- Demonstratable experience in commercial project management within high-growth environments.
- Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to drive alignment across multiple geographies and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and deliver outcomes with pace and clarity.
- A pragmatic, execution-first mindset with high attention to detail.
- Experience in healthcare / hospital / health system environments would be highly desirable.
