About the role
As Senior Supply Chain Manager for Europe, you’ll be at the heart of our additive business, leading a high-performing team and optimizing supply chain operations across the region. This strategic role is ideal for someone who thrives on operational excellence, team development, and cross-functional collaboration.
You’ll be responsible for deploying regional supply chain strategies that align with global objectives, balancing inventory and service levels, and driving continuous improvement across procurement, logistics, and distribution. Your leadership will ensure supply resiliency, regulatory compliance, and customer satisfaction, with your work directly impacting the efficiency and competitiveness of our European operations.
About you
You bring a strong background in supply chain management and a passion for leading teams. You’re data-driven, strategic, and collaborative, with the ability to translate global goals into regional execution. Your communication and stakeholder management skills set you apart, and you’re ready to take ownership of complex supply chain challenges.
You will also bring
- A bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, business administration, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- 5+ years of supply chain experience, including 2+ years in a managerial role
- Proven leadership and team development capabilities
- Strong understanding of procurement, logistics, inventory, and distribution processes
- Experience in regional or multi-location supply chain operations
- Proficiency in supply chain software and tools
- Supply chain certifications (e.g., CSCP, CPIM) are a plus
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- French skills would be a plus.
- Ability to travel quarterly within Europe and twice a year to our headquarters
