Service manager
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Service Manager to lead a supported housing service for individuals experiencing homelessness, substance use, and/or offending backgrounds. This is a key leadership role within a face-to-face, frontline setting, offering the chance to make a meaningful impact in the lives of residents with complex needs.
This position is ideal for experienced deputy managers or senior frontline staff seeking to step into a management role. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a dedicated team, driving service improvements, and ensuring high-quality, person-centered support.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire a team to deliver effective, compassionate support.
- Manage complex situations and promote continuous improvement.
- Oversee risk management, case recording, property, and financial operations.
- Collaborate with external partners to ensure holistic care for residents.
Candidate Profile
- Demonstrated experience supporting individuals with multiple and complex needs.
- Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to empower and motivate staff.
- Confident decision-maker with a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
- Comfortable using IT systems and learning new technologies.
