Creative Project & Content Coordinator - London
A world-leading luxury digital agency delivering performance marketing and creative solutions to an elite client base across private aviation, superyachts, high-end property, jewellery, and longevity brands is looking to hire into their creative performance team.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Management & Workflow:
- Own admin tasks like compiling assets, updating status sheets, briefing designers, and tracking workflows.
- Review incoming creative and content assets; manage feedback loops with external and internal teams.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders, pushing back when needed and keeping timelines on track.
- Creative Content & Strategy Support:
- Support development of strategic creative assets (copy, content, ads, landing pages).
- Use and develop AI prompts to streamline content creation.
- Client & Team Interaction:
- Join client calls, pick up emails, and be a visible, professional presence representing the team.
You
- Are either a recent graduate in marketing, media, creative arts, digital media or similar, or have up to 2 years of relevant experience in a junior marketing, content or digital project assistant role.
- Have strong attention to detail, are process-oriented, and organised.
- Willingness to take ownership of admin and project tasks as a foundation to grow into strategy.
- Are passionate about the creative marketing industry and growing into a strategic role in the future.
