Lead and support accident investigations, root cause analysis and panel reviews, including RIDDOR reporting where required
Oversee statutory compliance across garages and premises, working closely with Facilities Management and London Property teams
Prepare monthly and annual H&S performance reports for the Senior Management Team, identifying trends, risks and improvement actions
Coordinate and monitor health & safety training programmes, ensuring records remain accurate and up to date
Ensure health & safety inductions are delivered effectively for all new starters
Chair garage health, safety and environmental meetings
Maintain and update health & safety communications, including safety alerts and intranet content
Provide ongoing support to ensure Arriva London maintains the highest standards of safety and compliance
About You

You will have:
A proven track record in health & safety leadership within a complex, high-risk, multi-site environment

Solid IT skills with proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and Outlook)
Our Values
At Arriva London we are committed to creating a workplace where people feel safe, respected and able to perform at their best.
You will also play an important role in supporting:

Why Join Arriva?
Competitive salary of £63,000
Opportunity to work across a major London transport operation
A role with real influence and visibility across the business
