Client Solutions Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic professional to manage critical relationships with global advertisers and their agencies. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in driving revenue growth, optimizing media and measurement strategies, and ensuring our partners harness the full potential of our innovative platform solutions. Your expertise will directly influence strategic roadmaps and business plan implementation, making a tangible difference in how major clients engage with a leading digital ecosystem.
This is a 9 months, fully on-site contract, offering £45.67 per hour – 40 hrs/week – (PAYE). This role is open for a limited time. Due to the high volume of applicants, we may be unable to reply to each applicant individually.
**What You’ll Do:**
* Lead key strategic workstreams, providing expert guidance on platform solutions and driving media and measurement strategies.
* Identify and capitalize on opportunities for revenue acceleration, driving the adoption of platform solutions and best practices.
* Partner with Global Client Leads on strategic roadmapping and global business plan implementation across client and agency relationships.
* Lead media best practices, strategy, and measurement learnings, and optimization initiatives.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to lead the global Learning Agenda, ensuring alignment and scale throughout the organization and client partners.
* Leverage a deep understanding of leading digital platforms and solutions to analyze data and insights, guiding strategy and adoption.
* Translate complex data analysis into clear, actionable insights that influence decision-making for both internal teams and external partners.
* Partner with regional and local sales teams to align on account priorities and deliver exceptional service to clients and agencies.
* Facilitate knowledge exchange across accounts, clients, and internal cross-functional teams, globally, regionally, and locally.
* Build and manage strong relationships with key executive clients and media agency partners.
* Develop best-in-class capability-building programs for clients and agencies, empowering optimal solution adoption at scale.
* Provide support for platform issues, questions, and solution mapping.
**Required Skills & Experience:**
* Solid experience in media, marketing, or consulting.
* BA/BS degree in a technical or marketing field.
* Advanced proficiency with Excel and dashboard tools to analyze large datasets and translate complex data into actionable business insights.
* Proven ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously with exceptional attention to detail.
* Demonstrated experience collaborating with and partnering across internal teams and external client/agency partners.
* Strong consultative sales and analytical skills with a focus on client service.
* Deep experience as a user of leading digital platforms and comprehensive knowledge of their advertising solutions.
* Demonstrated experience with digital media platforms, advertising metrics, and industry trends.
* Effective problem-solving skills.
* Ability to thrive in a dynamic, team-focused environment, delivering against tight deadlines.
* Ability to travel locally and internationally.
