About the Role: As an Early Years Practitioner, you will play a vital role in supporting the learning and development of children aged 3-5 years. Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting classroom teachers and leading activities that promote children's physical, emotional, social, and cognitive development

• Creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where children feel confident to explore and learn

• Observing, assessing, and recording children's progress to inform planning and meet individual needs

• Encouraging positive behaviour and social skills through play and structured activities

• Building strong relationships with children, parents, and the wider school community to support children's wellbeing and learning

• Role: Early Years Practitioner (EYP)

• Start Date: September 2025

• Hours: Full-time, 8:30am - 3:30pm

• Location: Camden-based primary schools

• Pay: In line with experience and Main Pay Scale from day one
