Program Manager, Trust Infrastructure (London)
About Persona
Persona is the configurable identity platform built for businesses in a digital-first world. Verifying individuals and organizations is harder — but more important — than ever, with AI enabling fraudsters to launch sophisticated accounts at scale and regulations evolving rapidly.
We’ve built Persona to support practically every use case and industry — that’s why we’re able to serve a wide range of leading companies. For example, Reddit relies on Persona for age assurance and verification to comply with online safety regulations, protecting younger users while maintaining a seamless experience. Meanwhile, OpenAI relies on Persona to keep bad actors out, protecting one of the world’s most powerful AI platforms from large-scale abuse in a time when AI is reshaping the way we work and live.
We’re growing rapidly and looking for exceptional people to join us!
About the Role
AI is changing how trust works on the internet. As fraud becomes more sophisticated and digital identity ecosystems continue to evolve, governments, financial institutions, and technology companies are building entirely new ways for people to prove who they are online. Persona sits at the center of that transformation.
We're looking for a Program Manager, Trust Infrastructure to help build and scale a growing portfolio of initiatives spanning digital identity, fraud prevention, trust services, strategic partnerships, and emerging identity ecosystems across Europe. This role is part product manager, part operator, and part ecosystem builder.
You'll work across external partners, enterprise customers, regulators, internal product teams, and emerging identity networks to bring new capabilities to market and turn ambiguity into scalable systems. Some of that work involves technologies and programs such as digital identity wallets, electronic signatures, and government-backed identity networks. But the bigger challenge is helping define how trust infrastructure should work in a world where proving you're a real person is becoming both more important and more difficult.
We're looking for someone who loves building from first principles, thrives in fast-moving environments, and gets excited by the opportunity to create order where none exists yet.
What you'll do at Persona
Own strategic relationships with trust, identity, and infrastructure partners across Europe, including onboarding, governance, operational performance, and commercial alignment.
Lead complex customer implementations involving digital identity, trust, and verification capabilities.
Build the documentation, playbooks, and operating systems that allow the business to scale efficiently.
Translate evolving regulatory and ecosystem developments into actionable plans with clear owners and timelines.
Represent Persona in emerging identity ecosystems and strategic industry initiatives.
Consolidate fragmented workstreams into well-run programs with clear accountability and visibility.
Identify opportunities to automate, productize, or simplify operational processes.
Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Compliance, Customer Success, and external stakeholders to bring new capabilities to market.
What you'll bring to Persona
4+ years of experience in program management, product management, partnerships, operations, or a similar role.
Experience owning complex, cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
Strong written communication skills and the ability to explain complex topics clearly.
Experience working with external partners, vendors, or strategic relationships.
Comfort operating in ambiguous environments where not every process already exists.
Strong organizational and execution skills without becoming overly process-driven.
Fluency with AI tools and a track record of using them to accelerate research, communication, analysis, or execution.
A product mindset—you naturally look for opportunities to simplify, automate, and scale.
Benefits and Perks
For full-time US-based employees (excluding internship and contractor opportunities), Persona offers a wide range of benefits, including medical, dental, and vision, 3% 401(k) contribution, unlimited PTO, quarterly mental health days, family planning benefits, professional development stipend, wellness benefits, among others.
For full-time UK employees, Persona offers a wide range of benefits, including private medical insurance, dental insurance, a 6% employer pension contribution, unlimited PTO, a monthly wellness stipend, professional development stipend, co-working stipend, and more.
As part of our interview process, all candidates will be asked to verify their identity with Persona. This step is used solely to confirm that candidates are who they say they are, and will have no impact on hiring decisions.
