SEN Teaching Assistant

An inclusive and well-regarded primary school in Ealing (Southall) is seeking a confident and experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to support a pupil in KS2 with challenging behaviour and additional needs.

This is a long-term position starting ASAP, ideal for someone who is confident, resilient, and experienced in behaviour management.

The Role:

• Provide 1:1 support for a pupil with behavioural needs
• Implement behaviour strategies and support plans consistently
• Support learning across the KS2 curriculum
• Work closely with the class teacher, SENCO, and wider staff team
• Help promote positive behaviour and engagement

The Ideal Candidate:

• Experience working with challenging behaviour / SEMH
• Calm, resilient, and confident approach
• Strong relationship-building skills
• Previous experience in a primary school setting
