Residential heating makes up 17% of the UK’s carbon emissions yet just 1% of homes use heat pumps. With £20B+ market growth on the horizon and government support accelerating adoption, the opportunity is massive.

At Installio, we’re tackling the biggest barrier to scale: installation. Our mission is to unlock the UK's green collar workforce using technology to enable faster, better, and more scalable installs. Working directly with homeowners as well as installing on behalf B2B partners such as E.ON and Good Energy, our tech-enabled installation platform helps deliver and grow heat pump installation capacity at scale.

As experienced third time founders (ex-McKinsey, ex-Bloomberg), we’re backed by VC and industry leaders, embedded with major B2B players, growing fast and just getting started. We're now looking for a high-impact Founders associate to join us for the journey.

The role

You’ll work directly with our co-founders across operations, commercial, and strategic projects. This is a high-exposure, high-responsibility role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup and wants to build something that matters.

Think of this as a Swiss army knife position: one day you're digging into operational metrics, the next you're helping launch a new product feature or prepping a board update. You'll get your hands dirty and help steer the ship.

What you’ll do

• Own and drive key strategic and operational projects end-to-end
• Work cross-functionally with product, ops, and commercial teams
• Support hiring and onboarding as we scale our installer network
• Help manage investor communications and fundraising materials
• Improve internal processes and data systems to support growth
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Represent Installio in meetings with partners, suppliers, and stakeholders

What we’re looking for

• Highly motivated self-starter with a bias for action
• Strong analytical skills and business acumen
• Comfortable with ambiguity and wearing multiple hats
• 1–3 years’ experience in consulting, startups, VC, or similar
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
• Passion for climate tech and clean energy
