Do you combine deep operational, technical & modelling expertise with the ability to translate in-force performance data into clear business and strategic action?
Do you have experience in system migration & automation projects coupled with recognized people leadership skills?
If that's you, then join us as Head of FRT & Longevity In-force and take end‑to‑end accountability and strategic development of two of Swiss Re's key L&H Transactions in-force portfolios — a large, complex, and strategically critical business for the Group.
About the Role
- Lead the FRT US & Longevity In-force team, setting clear priorities and building a culture of accountability, collaboration and technical excellence.
- Own the operational, technical and commercial management of these portfolios.

- Improve processes, controls, documentation and technology across the in-force lifecycle.
- Represent FRT & Longevity In-force with senior internal stakeholders, clients and counterparties.
- Contribute directly to the onboarding and monitoring of selected FRT transactions where required.
